We recruit exclusively for tech sales roles — SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise), and Sales Engineers at SaaS and software companies. We do not do generalist recruiting. This is all we do.
Contingency search means you pay a flat 20% placement fee only when you hire someone we place. No hire, no fee. Retained search is structured in three instalments — on kickoff, shortlist delivery, and accepted offer — and is designed for priority, senior, or first sales hire searches where you need dedicated, exclusive focus and faster turnaround.
For most SDR and AE searches, we deliver the first shortlist of vetted candidates within 7 to 10 business days of search kickoff. Senior or specialized roles may take 14 to 21 days. We never rush the vetting process — but we move with urgency from day one.
If a candidate we place leaves or is let go within 90 days of their start date, we replace them at no additional fee. We stand behind every placement we make.
